QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Mohammad Aslam Khan Raisani has expressed his concern over the issue of missing persons, finding of decomposed bodies and incidents of target killing in the province.A decision had been taken to call on nationalists to secure peace in the province, he said this while chairing a high-level meeting here on Saturday. The meeting was held following the instructions of the Supreme Court to review the issue of missing persons.
The chief minister said the government would make efforts to resolve the issue of missing persons, target-killings and finding of bodies in the province.
The meeting decided that government officials and tribal elders will call on nationalists to find out the solution to the problems being faced by the province. Raisani said the issue of missing persons, finding of decomposed bodies and target killing would pose a serious threat to the solidarity of the country. He said that the government needed collaboration from the society to maintain peace in the province.
